What I'm looking for

I'm looking for high-ownership work building and operating distributed backend systems, event-driven platforms, and cloud infrastructure at scale. I value fast-moving teams where I can improve reliability, delivery, architecture, and engineering practices.

At VOSKER, I design Kafka-based event-driven pipelines processing 3K+ messages per second and 100M+ daily events for a connected-device platform serving up to 4M users. I build AWS services for real-time ingestion and processing.

I've improved delivery and reliability by rebuilding CI/CD around Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, and SonarQube, moving releases from every 3–4 weeks to weekly or biweekly. I also introduced LaunchDarkly feature flags and progressive delivery to reduce release risk across millions of connected devices.

Previously, I led engineering teams at ALTER-SYSTEME and CODINGART, improving webapp response times to 400–600ms and API performance by 40%. My background also includes real-time healthcare IoT platforms, distributed document processing, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and payment integrations.
