At IDFC FIRST Bank, I took 20 API Banking, BBPS, and NACH integrations live and lead a 3-person Internet Banking team for North & East India. I also run 8–10 implementations in parallel and coordinate product, technology, and operations on multi-API journeys.
At ICICI Bank, I delivered digital payment and collection solutions from requirements through go-live and post-launch support. I moved 40+ corporates to FileFlick before Snorkel was switched off and helped get DR failover routes whitelisted for all 44 clients in my portfolio.
I also helped raise InstaBIZ penetration in Delhi from about 35% to about 80% by training the regional sales team and using the CIB dashboard in product pitches. I built onboarding checklists adopted team-wide and hold ISO 20022 Payments and Product Management certifications.
