At MedGenome Labs, I classify variants across whole-exome, clinical-exome, and cancer-panel data using ACMG and NCCN frameworks. I release about 250 clinical reports per month with evidence-based rationale.
I assess NGS data quality and mentor new team members, helping calibrate classification and reporting standards. I also present team work status to the quality assurance department.
At Genestrings Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, I analysed genetic variations related to disease and produced clinical reports. I also interpreted preimplantation genetic screening results and ran NIPT algorithms to detect chromosomal aneuploidy.
My research at AIIMS and CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrated Biology focused on Mycobacterium tuberculosis, including protein interactions, transcription factors, and gene annotation. I hold a PhD in Bioinformatics from Amity University Haryana, in joint collaboration with AIIMS, New Delhi.
