Results-driven education professional focused on impactful solutions.
What I'm looking for
I am a results-driven and relationship-focused education professional with a strong background in behavioral support and early intervention services. Recently relocated from California to Georgia, I am eager to leverage my passion for education to promote impactful solutions through relationship building and support. My experience includes conducting developmental assessments, skill development, and case management, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support tailored to their unique needs.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, including as a Transition Specialist at Alta California Regional Center, where I conducted performance assessments and coordinated therapies with multiple agencies. My role as a Job Coach at PRIDE Industries allowed me to develop programs and create educational resources for clients, fostering community networking and counseling them on personal goals. I have also served as an Autism Educator, where I designed curricula to meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of individuals and their families.
My commitment to education and advocacy is evident in my ability to create individualized service plans and educate clients on available services. I thrive in collaborative environments and am dedicated to ensuring that every individual has access to the resources they need to succeed.
