Mallika Malik

I’m a gold medalist in M.A. (Tourism Management) with nearly 18 years of experience across higher education, corporate training, instructional content development, and hospitality education. I focus on learner-centric training programs, educational content creation, and hands-on facilitation that helps people improve quickly and confidently.

In my communication-focused work, I’ve designed and delivered classroom training in English grammar and hospitality communication, including role plays, mock guest interactions, presentations, and assessments. I’ve trained around 100 hospitality professionals in communication skills and international guest interaction, and I’ve built complete training material end-to-end for Hotel Clarks.

I have also created structured, outcome-driven digital and classroom learning content—developing CBSE Grades 9–10 smart classroom resources such as PPTs, summaries, flashcards, question banks, answer keys, and assessments across about 20 projects. Beyond content, I’ve mentored over 1,000 students in Travel and Tourism Management while preparing examination papers, evaluating answer scripts, supervising projects, and coordinating seminars and industrial visits.

Across guest faculty roles and higher-ed teaching, I’ve prepared assessments, mentored students, and supported supervised projects while teaching Tourism & Travel Management at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. I’m now seeking remote opportunities where my expertise in learning, training, communication, and content development can contribute to organizational success.
