What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative or customer-facing role where I can support daily operations, coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and deliver responsive service in a fast-paced team environment.

At Michael and Son Services, I manage daily scheduling for 10–15 plumbing and electrical technicians, process customer financing paperwork, administer membership accounts, and secure permits and inspections for service projects.

I've also supported patient-facing operations at QC Eye and guest service at Hampton Inn & Suites. I bring hands-on experience with data entry, payments, records, inventory, scheduling, customer concerns, and smooth front-office operations in fast-paced environments.
