In my recent TEKsystems role (Instructional Designer III), I design and develop eLearning for USDOJ Asset Forfeiture program training needs using Articulate Storyline and Rise. I also produce multimedia learning resources—graphic assets, video tutorials, and job aids—leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Camtasia, and generative AI tools, with standards-focused implementations.

Previously, as a Remote Learning Technology Associate, I partnered with SMEs across USFS, USAID, the World Bank Group, and Results for Development to design 30+ tailored learning solutions. I created WCAG-compliant modules and microlearnings in Articulate 360, delivered web-based training to 1,500+ learners, and improved engagement by 12% through interactive knowledge checks and gamified assessment elements.

I bring a practical, improvement-minded approach across the full learning lifecycle—needs analysis, assessment, LMS management, and evaluation. As an Amazon HQ2 Training Supervisor, I applied action mapping to increase retention by 20%, reduced emergency drill time by 20 minutes while maintaining compliance, and managed a SharePoint knowledge base of 300+ training records.
