I’m a Home Health Aid who focuses on helping clients with their daily living needs with patience, dignity, and consistency. I’m CPR certified and I take pride in being dependable in everyday care tasks.

At my home health positions, I was tasked with helping clients with adl”s and making their meals. I also supported routines like showering and took clients to and from appointments, while ensuring they were comfortable and safe.

Before and alongside caregiving, I worked in retail as a stock clerk, including making sure shelves had the correct product and unloading trucks. I also helped customers find what they were looking for and worked in the pharmacy, filling people's prescriptions.

I earned my diploma and completed pre-requisite classes for nursing, pausing due to health issues but with every intention to continue. I bring a strong team mindset—recognized through awards as an outstanding defensive player and “best team player”—that carries into how I support others.
