As an In Home Supportive Services provider, I assist clients with daily needs—cleans after clients, helps with showering, supports restroom needs, helps clients with medicine, and takes clients to doctors’ appointments. I also keep track of when clients take their medicine and help ensure routines are followed with consistency and care.

In my Certified Nursing Assistant role, I provide ADL care and support patients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and repositioning to help prevent bedsores. I monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration, document patient care activities, and report changes in physical or mental condition to the nurse. I also support comfort and dignity through feeding assistance, oral care, nail care, skin care, turning and positioning, emotional support, and companionship.

Outside of direct care, I’ve built additional customer-facing and operational experience through roles like Walmart stocking associate, digital personal shopper, and sales floor associate, where I stocked merchandise, supported teams, greeted customers, and handled registers, returns, and exchanges. I’ve also worked as a State Farm Insurance agent focused on identifying sales opportunities, managing client portfolios, handling policy renewals and claims tracking, logging information into systems, and solving customer conflicts.
