What I'm looking for

I am seeking an office assistant role where I can apply my organizational, inventory and customer-service skills in a collaborative environment and grow into broader administrative responsibilities.

I am a Tourism Management graduate with two years' experience as an office assistant and current experience as a stock controller, known for being friendly, organized, and efficient.

I have led forecasting of supply and demand, placed replenishment orders, tracked shipments, oversaw storage of fragile items, and kept updated inventory records while ensuring purchases do not exceed budget.

I regularly greet visitors, schedule appointments, handle incoming and outgoing mail, type and edit memos and reports, and perform data entry; I am eager to leverage and grow these administrative and customer-service skills in a dedicated office role.
