J'ai dirigé la préparation de ramp-up, l'analyse des flux et la planification production, tout en concevant dashboards interactifs pour le pilotage des KPIs (TRS, TRP, TLR, DLE, CNQ) via Power BI et MES.
J'ai développé une application mobile sous Android Studio pour la gestion d'outillages, et réalisé projets en maintenance prédictive, data analysis et optimisation logistique en Python, Power BI et Knime.
Je privilégie les démarches Lean (VSM, 5S, Poka‑Yoke, Kanban), la collaboration étroite Production/Qualité et l'automatisation pour améliorer la performance industrielle et la fiabilité des processus.
