J'apporte une expérience pratique acquise lors de stages technico-fonctionnels et en IA, où j'ai conçu des assistants conversationnels et des workflows automatisés.
En tant que stagiaire PFE chez NBS Consulting, j'ai développé des agents conversationnels sur AgentForce, intégré des solutions multicanales (Facebook Messenger, Salesforce Experience Cloud) et travaillé avec Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows et Stripe pour gérer des parcours utilisateurs complexes.
