With a robust background in cybersecurity and IT training, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals through education. Currently, I serve as an IT Trainer/Instructor at The Knowledge Academy in the UK, where I have successfully delivered over 100 virtual and in-person courses in CCNA and CCNA CyberOps, achieving an impressive 95% student pass rate. My commitment to enhancing cybersecurity comprehension is evident in the development of over 20 training materials and assessments, which have significantly improved student outcomes.

Prior to my current role, I worked as an IT Support Consultant at MZTech, where I provided remote support for hardware and software troubleshooting, managed ADSL installations, and configured Cisco routers for various clients. My experience also includes serving as an Assistant Technician at the National University of Science & Technology in Zimbabwe, where I maintained desktop hardware and software while ensuring optimal network performance. My diverse skill set in incident response, network security, and project management positions me as a valuable asset in the field of cybersecurity.
