At Air Albania, I develop and oversee aviation safety and compliance programs, and conduct audits of ground operations, cargo handling, and safety procedures. I use IQSMS to monitor and analyze Safety Performance Indicators.
I lead training initiatives in compliance, Safety Risk Management, and cybersecurity protocols. I also investigate safety incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions against ICAO, IATA, EASA, and national aviation authority standards.
Previously, at Onur Air Tasimacilik, I coordinated ground handling operations, conducted safety audits, and managed the Ground Operations Manual. At Celebi Ground Handling, I managed aircraft weight and balance documentation and coordinated dispatch operations.
