Irina Özçelik

I’m an Environmental & Safety Engineer with a background in HSE operations, documentation, and compliance. I focus on implementing safety protocols, maintaining regulatory records, and keeping day-to-day site operations aligned with requirements.

In my recent roles, I managed EHS documentation and daily compliance control, issued work permits, and conducted routine safety/environmental checks. I also organized and updated employee databases for mandatory certifications and training schedules, supporting ongoing audit readiness.

I bring a strong reporting and data organization side as well—running Excel-based tracking, coordinating logistics and inventory for safety equipment, and supporting operational data updates in CRM systems. I’m a native Russian speaker with fluent English and conversational Turkish (B1), and I enjoy working with standards, audits, and process monitoring.
