I built interactive Power BI dashboards (using SQL, DAX, and Power Query), delivered funnel and cohort analysis, and created an AI-powered Chat Reader-to-Summary solution to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Previously at Real11, I performed EDA and data validation on large user datasets, designed user retention strategies with segmentation and behavioural analysis, and measured impact using cohorts, funnels, and core KPIs like DAU/MAU, retention, conversion, churn, and ARPU. I also automated recurring SQL and Power BI reports to reduce manual reporting effort, supporting faster, more informed decisions across product, marketing, and operations.
