I'm pursuing a BBA at Hult International Business School while supporting business development research at KCC Infra.
At KCC Infra, I evaluated 20+ infrastructure tenders across highways, marine projects, FCI grain silos, and DBFOT wayside amenities. My research informed expansion into marine infrastructure, FCI grain-silo projects, and wayside amenities.
I work with managing directors and directors on bid strategy, turning tender research into actionable recommendations. I also built Excel tracking systems for tender documentation and deadlines and used Google Earth to assess prospective project sites remotely.
Through IKA Properties in Dubai, I gained market-facing exposure to real estate transactions, off-plan sales cycles, buyer segmentation, and client documentation.
