Led and developed a team of 20 System Engineers across India, driving presales strategy and achieving approximately US$150M in revenue for FY25. Also served as Consulting System Engineer for Aruba Software and Security solutions from April 2018 to October 2019, achieving 170% of quota in FY2019.

Positioned Radisys products and solutions around Telco transformational areas like NFV, CORD, OCP, Cloud, SDN, 5G, and MEC. Secured 2-3 Proof-of-Concepts for CORD and Private Cloud solutions with major Telcos across India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Australia.

Handled presales consulting, design, solutioning, and POC/demonstrations for ProCurve, Colubris, 3Com/H3C/TippingPoint, and Aruba products. Became Solution Architect Lead for HP Networking India Presales team in 2012 and later moved to a role as Presales Solution Architect and Business Development Manager for HPE DC Networking products.

Won various Networking Infra and Unified Communications projects using Cisco products. Was a member of the APJ Unified Communications Technical Group.

Won and executed various Networking Infra and IP Telephony projects using Cisco, 3Com, and Mitel products.

Won and executed various Networking Infra, IP Telephony, and NMS projects in North India. Selected for overseas networking projects like e-Perolehan and Bank Islam in Malaysia.

Completed the General Management Program for IT Professionals (GMP-IT) at IIM Calcutta in 2008.
