At Natural Stone Veneer Inc., I’m driving AI and automation initiatives across sales, operations, and logistics. I built the warehouse inventory system end to end, including an ETL pipeline that turns an Excel warehouse map into a location database and a live dashboard the team uses daily.
I also automated lead-to-sale workflows, connected lead capture to the CRM, and integrated a shipping-carrier API for delivery-status emails. On the company PBX, I built a call-intelligence pipeline that transcribes calls, extracts action items with LLM analysis, and routes task emails to staff.
At Byblos Bank, I built an AI-powered incident support engine for Level 2 operations teams and developed an OCR and ResNet18 pipeline to classify documents. I also created an LLM-powered chatbot based on live bank website data and containerized the microservices with Docker.
My projects include a Bash-like shell in C and a Dockerized point-of-sale system in C# and .NET. At 42 Beirut, I’m studying systems programming, algorithms, and software architecture through a project-based, peer-reviewed curriculum.
