As a Project Team Lead, I led semester group projects end-to-end—task distribution, timelines, integration, and final delivery—while maintaining production-level code quality. My work spans intelligent systems (XGBoost + symbolic rule engines like A* search and forward-chaining), information retrieval (BM25/TF-IDF over a 100K-article corpus), forensic-style computing (hazard-aware routing and steganography), and practical tooling like a C# WPF ERP with automated PDF reporting.
