I’m an undergraduate researcher focused on forecasting business cycles in Pakistan, where I built a Composite Leading Indicator model to improve economic forecasting accuracy. I applied PLS-SEM methodology and time series analysis in STATA and Excel, then translated econometric outputs into policy-relevant recommendations.

Before that, I supported government planning as a Research Intern with the Planning & Development Board, Punjab—Lahore. I gathered and analyzed sectoral development data, coordinated a cross-functional research team, and helped consolidate conflicting data sources into coherent, decision-ready outputs.

Earlier, as a Leasing Manager & Customer Relations Officer at Honda Motors Pakistan, I improved customer satisfaction scores by 14% by implementing a structured inbound complaint resolution process. I also drove upselling and cross-selling of leasing packages, managed end-to-end customer retention through proactive follow-up, and strengthened operational efficiency by redesigning showroom workflow processes to improve SLA adherence.
