Mahadir Rafi

I’m an English educator and coach focused on helping learners build confidence in grammar, writing, and spoken English. I use simple, practical, and result-oriented methods so students can perform in both academic and real-life situations.

As a Teaching Assistant (2021–June 2025), I supported English classes for learners from Class 5 to 10. I’ve also worked as a Guest Teacher in 2021 for English (Classes 11–12), strengthening my ability to adapt lessons to different levels.

I’m the founder of Learnfinity, an online coaching platform designed to make English learning easy and enjoyable for students in Bangladesh. I continuously improve my teaching methods, create learning content, and expand the platform to keep students progressing with clarity and motivation.

I’m actively looking for opportunities in teaching, training, content creation, and educational collaborations. I want to keep building better learning experiences—using CEFR-based approaches, curriculum design, and modern tools to make outcomes visible.
