I am an entrepreneur and educator who founded Top Scorers' IELTS & Speaking Academy in Dhaka and served as its Lead Instructor, designing company vision, strategic growth plans, and operational improvements. I combine hands-on teaching experience with academic study in microbiology and minors in macroeconomics, bringing strong subject-matter knowledge in infectious disease, biochemistry, and biotechnology.

My background includes roles as Senior Instructor, Academic Content Creator, Research Assistant, and communications lead, where I developed large-audience educational content, supported research projects, and managed media relations. I have practical experience in project management, talent acquisition tasks, grant application preparation, and policy research.
