What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can coordinate programs or projects, work with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, and grow in program management.

I am a detail-oriented program coordinator and customer service professional with practical experience in tax administration, hospitality front-desk operations, and university consumer advocacy. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam and apply strong analytical and administrative skills to every role.

At the Tanzania Revenue Authority I volunteered as a TIN registrar and tax estimator, handling taxpayer data, certification, and client-facing duties; at Nashera Hotels I managed reservations, billing, guest relations and problem resolution at the front desk. These roles sharpened my stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational coordination abilities.

Currently I coordinate programs at Dream Port Limited where I manage activities, budgets, trainings, and partner engagement to improve process efficiency and program impact. I am committed to community development, volunteer-driven initiatives, and continued growth in project and program management.
