At LUNA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, I design and develop machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions. I developed an enterprise AI chatbot using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LangChain, large language models, and vector databases.
On the Enterprise AI Chatbot project, I created document ingestion and retrieval workflows, added source citations and fallback responses, and evaluated retrieval and answer quality.
At WIPRO LIMITED, I worked on machine learning solutions, including a demand forecasting project. I evaluated forecasting approaches and built automated prediction pipelines deployed using AWS SageMaker.
I also developed a real-time fraud detection system, comparing models and selecting XGBoost based on recall and ROC-AUC performance. My work includes deploying and monitoring AI and machine learning applications with AWS, FastAPI, and Docker.
