What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service and communication strengths to help people make confident decisions, while applying my attention to detail from PeopleSoft/OnBase work and my media experience to deliver quality under deadlines.

I’m a customer-focused professional with a BA in English from Boston University (May 2025), and I bring strong communication, organization, and an editorial eye to every role. I’m energized by work that blends people-first service with practical problem-solving and clear, accurate execution.

In my current retail work, I support high volumes of customers by helping them navigate options and make confident purchases. At LensCrafters, I assist with finding customers’ insurance plans, taking measurements, and walking them through lens options for different prescription types, while also answering phone calls for the doctor’s office and retail floor. At Trader Joe’s, I greet customers, answer questions, handle checkout with SNAP and EBT, and keep operations running smoothly through stocking and closing tasks.

Before that, I built a reputation for detail and reliability in both media and operations. As a Disbursements Processor at Syracuse University, I entered payment requisitions into PeopleSoft for vendor invoices (non-PO and PO), processed W-9 and tax information in OnBase, and supported reconciliation by working with Accounts Payable reconcilers when issues arose. Earlier, as a Multimedia Journalist Intern at GCN in Dublin, I published entertainment, news, and history content, pitched story ideas, edited photos, created cover art, formatted images for social media and a monthly newsletter, and delivered on fast deadlines both remotely and in-office.
