What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize scalable, high-availability applications, especially .NET microservices and cloud-based products with measurable operational impact.

I'm working at Cargosprint on migrating legacy applications and services to NextGen using Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, and .NET Core microservices.

Previously at Advent eModal, I maintained and extended the eModal Community Portal appointment system, a high-availability distributed application used by around 50 shipping terminals in the US and UK.

I migrated legacy .NET Framework monolithic code to .NET Core microservices, implemented check-in workflows that increased appointment-slot utilization by 20%, and added appointment fee collection capabilities.

I've resolved recurring production deadlocks, integrated Azure Application Insights across web APIs and background services, and won the 2024 Advent Hackathon for an analytics dashboard now being developed into a product module.
