I’m a Senior Management Professional & Certified Trainer with 8+ years of experience driving institutional growth and corporate relations. I’m award-winning at bridging the gap between education and industry through student-centric initiatives that produce record-breaking placement outcomes.

As Director of the Schools Department at Emmanuel School Society (April 2021 - January 2026), I led the strategic management and supervision of 18 schools (15 RBSE, 3 CBSE) across Rajasthan. I owned curriculum and quality assurance (syllabi, question papers, book-list selection), led hiring and faculty development programs (FDPs), and guided schools in adopting new teaching delivery approaches to boost admissions.

I also strengthened stakeholder relationships and handled grievance management across teachers, parents, and community stakeholders, while streamlining workflow through Task Reports and maintaining compliance checks (land, building, fire safety). Earlier, as Senior Manager - Alumni & Corporate Relations (International School of Management Excellence), I launched an Internship Committee, built corporate partnerships for recurring guest lectures and placement drives, ran resume-building workshops, coached interview skills, and delivered executive weekly reports to senior management.
