What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead training, counselling, community engagement, and student-development initiatives while creating equitable learning opportunities and working with diverse stakeholders.

I'm currently delivering youth transformation and capability training with Head Held High Foundation on the IHCL Project, supporting underserved communities through community mobilization, enrollment, placement strategies, and M&E tracking.

I've supported students, parents, and institutions as a counsellor and educator at PW Gurukulam School, Delhi Public School, Chandigarh University, Amity University, Lovely Professional University, and Sikkim Manipal University. My work includes pastoral counselling, student onboarding, career guidance, curriculum delivery, documentation, and MIS reporting.

I also bring experience in recruitment, quality training, call-performance auditing, and cross-functional coordination from Panther Security Service and Nimbus. I focus on equitable learning spaces, practical training, stakeholder relationships, and student growth.
