I've led product and engineering delivery at Consensys, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks and resourcing across a 70-person, 10-team Protocol Engineering group.

As Head of Product and Product Manager, I owned backlogs for Besu, Teku and Web3Signer across three Scrum teams. I ran discovery through customer interviews, sales feedback and market research, then translated business and user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and release-ready work.

I've guided products and major capabilities from definition through launch and adoption, partnering closely with engineers on feasibility, solution options, technical dependencies and trade-offs.

Across 20 years with software engineering teams, I've also built documentation operations and validated APIs, CLIs, cloud platforms and developer workflows end to end. I'm looking for a hands-on individual-contributor role focused on discovery, technical problem-solving and close collaboration with engineers and users.
