Maddy Stenzel
@maddystenzel
I build scalable medical device labeling systems that improve clarity and compliance.
What I'm looking for
At Abbott, I design and scale medical device labeling across Electrophysiology, Neuromodulation, and Structural Heart divisions, turning complex technical and regulated content into clear, user-friendly visual layouts.
I'm a key contributor to Project Metropolis, Abbott’s global Loftware labeling platform rollout. I define frameworks, workflows, and governance models that create consistency across global teams while improving production speed, accuracy, and compliance.
I partner closely with engineering, regulatory, and quality teams across product lifecycles, including EU MDR and FDA initiatives. My work draws on Windchill, EnLabel, and scalable design-system thinking to make product information more cohesive across touchpoints.
Outside of digital work, I design and produce custom rugs through Rugging Around, exploring color, pattern, craftsmanship, and tactile storytelling.
