I’m a warehouse & sales manager and experienced baker/cake decorator who turns out consistently beautiful, high-quality desserts. I’ve built my craft from hands-on baking roles to leading daily production and decorating.

At ScholarWear LLC, I handle basic retail and managerial office duties alongside hands-on doughnut and artisan bread work. I manage shipping and receiving, create purchase orders, answer phones, schedule meetings, and support hiring and firing—while standing long hours and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.

As a Head Baker & Cake Decorator/Assistant Manager, I was in charge of daily bake, making, and decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and bars. I also led proofing and baking in-store, and I bring strong organizing and POS/cash register experience.

I’ve spent years baking and decorating in different settings, including proofing and artisan bread/doughnut production, and running baking for friends, neighbors, and by word of mouth for the last 9 years. I’m a hard-working, motivated, fast learner who thrives on strong teamwork and delivering on time for every occasion.
