I support patient care across concierge medicine, urgent care, primary care, ENT, and outpatient imaging. I currently work as a back-office medical assistant at Governors Concierge Medicine and Peachtree Immediate Care, where I also support front-desk operations.
At Peachtree Immediate Care, I triage patients, assist with procedures, obtain X-rays, perform blood draws and injections, conduct COVID, flu, strep, and DOT drug and alcohol screenings, verify insurance, and check patients in. I'm Georgia X-ray certified and DOT certified.
As Physician Relations Manager at Outpatient Imaging, I build relationships with physician offices, attorneys, chiropractors, and law firms, host physician luncheons, maintain top referral sources, and support personal injury contracts.
Previously, I led back-office medical assistant work at Northwest ENT and Allergy Center, assisting with balloon sinuplasty, biologic prior authorizations, supply ordering, patient triage, Epic MyChart messages, and new-hire training.
