I’m looking for an academic setting where I can support teaching and student growth, improve academic performance, and stay motivated—using real-world learning, continuous improvement, and data-driven support to help students become agents of change.

I am an enthusiastic advocate for education, committed to nurturing young minds and inspiring them to dream big with resilience and determination. My goal is to significantly enhance my students' academic performance while keeping them motivated, using continuous learning and real-world scenarios to support growth and development.

In my recent roles, I served as a Teaching Assistant at University of Cape Coast (script marking and grading, entering students' records, and administrative assistance), and as a Research Assistant at Smart Web Services (literature review, report writing, and data analysis). I also bring practical teaching experience as a Home Tutor and strong data-handling skills from a Data Entry Officer (Remote) role, supported by AI Career Essentials and Virtual Assistant training.
