What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an internship where I can apply my open-source contribution experience in a production engineering environment, work on backend development, developer tooling, DevOps, and structured engineering workflows.

I've contributed 12 merged PRs to openZIM/Kiwix projects, including fixing a critical XSS vulnerability reported by NCSC Netherlands and improving Redis connection reliability with retry logic.

I drove a Python 3.12 to 3.14 upgrade across Docker images and CI pipelines, and ranked top tier among 64 GSoC 2026 applicants. I've also received a letter of recommendation from the Kiwix Co-founder and CEO.

I build practical backend and developer-tooling projects, including a Flask alumni portal with authentication and role-based access control, plus an agentic dev-team workflow using worktrees, branches, PRs, and issue tracking.
