At School of Health Professions, I teach AP science courses and currently lead and mentor three educators teaching AP Biology and AP Environmental Science.
I advise the National Honor Society chapter and drive departmental planning aligned with College Board course and exam descriptions. I also facilitate spring review sessions for AP students across Dallas ISD.
As an AP Biology Reader, I assist with reading students’ free-response exam questions. I participate in AP educator meetings and summer institutes to share ideas and develop classroom lab activities.
Earlier, I taught Biology, Chemistry, and Integrated Physics and Chemistry at School of Health Professions and DeSoto ISD. I hold a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Higher Education, and a Science Composite (8–12) certification.
