What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transform fragmented operations into scalable systems through process design, workflow automation, executive operations, governance support, dashboards, and cross-functional project delivery.

I lead Luxury Dream Lounge, where I streamline operations and build scalable business systems for organizations and entrepreneurs.

I assess inefficiencies, bottlenecks, communication gaps, and revenue leakage, then design workflows, SOPs, dashboards, CRM structures, AI-enabled systems, and implementation plans.

My consulting work supports executive and governance operations across senior leadership, boards, foundations, finance functions, and institutional committees. I create systems for agendas, minutes, action tracking, electronic voting, approvals, document governance, and follow-through.

I manage discovery through deployment, including requirements gathering, solution design, contractor coordination, testing, documentation, and optimization. I also build project environments, reusable playbooks, KPI frameworks, and automation strategies that strengthen delivery control and executive visibility.
