Established QA processes from scratch as the first QA engineer in the Alps2Alps department, defining quality standards and release validation workflows. Built mobile automation in Appium (Python) and owned end-to-end mobile/web regression, sanity, exploratory, and E2E testing across device and OS variations.

Owned manual QA for Android, iOS, and web platforms, executing regression, sanity, and exploratory testing across cross-device environments. Validated real-time communication features and payment workflows, maintaining test cases and reporting via GitHub and Allure.

Solely owned the QA lifecycle for TrustVideo, MedCart, and a centralized admin panel controlling roles, permissions, tools, and configurations. Built QA documentation from scratch and managed issue tracking/reporting with YouTrack and Allure, including email/SMS validation with Mailtrap and hardware-connected testing coordination.

Contributed to multiple FinTech projects (Wallet, Enfuce, TappEngine, Reddo), performing frontend and backend testing across mobile and web in regulated environments. Created project-specific QA documentation, validated transactional workflows for accuracy and compliance, and performed cross-browser compatibility testing.

Performed structured cross-platform QA for mobile and web applications across multiple environments and devices. Owned testing for GrowFlow and Huma, including pricing/discount logic validation, regression and exploratory testing prior to releases, and test documentation using TestRail and Jira.

Supported an AI-powered website assistant in an Agile/Scrum environment by translating user stories into detailed test plans and cases. Conducted functional, negative/positive, integration, regression, E2E, and UAT testing, including feature branch and live sanity checks before merges.

Provided QA for the PicsArt mobile app on Android and iOS, owning functionality and stability for a dedicated module. Built Postman API collections, monitored and debugged behavior with Firebase and Charles Proxy, and executed recurring regression/sanity and A/B testing while maintaining documentation and defect reporting.

Managed social media and the official website for AGBU Western District to keep community content current and engaging. Produced event marketing materials and created content calendars aligned to cultural programs to increase digital reach.

Created landing pages, advertising assets, and email newsletters to support product marketing campaigns. Analyzed email marketing performance and built customer segmentation models to improve campaign targeting.
