At OSB Consulting (Pty) Ltd, I lead civil engineering and quality management consulting, including ISO 9001:2015 services and infrastructure projects for municipalities and private developers. I also established Precision QMS, an ISO 9001 consultancy with a cloud platform for audits, corrective actions, and document control.

As an internal auditor and QMS consultant to Emzansi Engineers, I run the audit programme and support its SABS ISO 9001 certification. In the 2026 audit cycle, I audited 8 projects and departments, tracked 55 corrective actions, and compiled the certification submission pack.

I founded Mashiza Properties (Pty) Ltd to deliver residential, commercial, and student housing projects, and oversee lease and facilities management. Earlier, as a Resident Engineer and Assistant Project Manager at Emzansi Engineers, I worked on municipal water and sanitation contracts, including meter replacement and sewer reticulation projects.
