What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my leadership skills and passion for STEM education, while also providing avenues for personal and professional growth.

As a dedicated student at Washington High School, I have cultivated a strong passion for STEM education and community service. With a GPA of 3.97, I have actively engaged in various leadership roles, including serving as the Director of Volunteer Affairs at Robotics for All, where I redeveloped the intern program and coordinated partnerships with over 20 schools to enhance their STEM curricula. My commitment to volunteerism is evident through my 200+ hours of service, which earned me the prestigious Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

In addition to my volunteer work, I am deeply involved in research at the Jahanikia Neurolab, where I am currently working on an IRB-certified project analyzing the cognitive and physiological effects of post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2. My research has been recognized at various expositions, and I have presented my findings to diverse audiences, showcasing my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. I also excel in public speaking, having achieved multiple accolades in speech competitions, including being a champion at the California High School Speech Association.
