What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in credit, collections, accounting, invoicing, and multilingual customer support, while exploring practical AI applications including safety, ethics, individual agents, and chatbot prompts.

I've supported finance and customer operations at QuidelOrtho, Medtronic, TP Vision, Accenture, and schleich®, handling credit risk, overdue collections, invoice issues, cash application, order processing, and SAP-based reporting across European markets.
