Provide private tours for guests staying at short-term accommodation. Built the WordPress website and enquiry, CRM, payment and customer communication workflows.

Provide technical support for client WordPress sites, including hosting, site provisioning, and plugin configuration and troubleshooting. Handle domain registration, DNS, and email configuration.

Rebuilt an accommodation-management SaaS interface using Vue.js, Vite, SCSS, PHP and MySQL, creating consistent navigation, forms, dashboards and interactive components. Maintained the booking engine and developed a custom API integration with a third-party channel-management platform.

Led delivery and support across more than 50 predominantly WordPress sites, managing three full-stack developers and collaborating with designers, agencies and university stakeholders.
