What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build scalable Java microservices, improve system performance, own reliable APIs, and collaborate in Agile with strong engineering practices.

I’m a software engineer with ~5 years of experience building scalable backend systems with a strong focus on Java. I’ve delivered microservices-based, cloud-native applications in fintech, consistently designing performant systems and improving processing efficiency.

At Paymentology, I developed Instalment Loan capabilities and led a successful Bucharest migration from monolithic systems to microservices—work that enhanced scalability and reliability and contributed to the product’s acquisition. I designed RESTful APIs and Kafka adapters, optimized backend performance, and improved unit/integration/load testing to ensure dependable releases.

I’ve also worked across the AWS serverless and cloud infrastructure landscape, building high-performance Serverless API Gateway capabilities and implementing asynchronous messaging with AWS SQS and SNS.
