What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can architect and deliver secure, scalable .NET microservices in the cloud, automate CI/CD and deployments, and build strong observability—using Agile practices and clean architecture to improve real operational outcomes.

I’m a Senior Software Developer with over a decade of experience designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based enterprise solutions. My work spans public safety, government, and healthcare, where I focus on translating business needs into functional software with clean code, maintainability, and performance optimization.

In my current role, I led the architecture and delivery of Visa’s Dispute Case Orchestration Service, a mission-critical .NET Core microservice that coordinates real-time dispute workflows across distributed systems. I design secure, high-throughput RESTful and gRPC APIs, enforce OAuth2/JWT authentication through centralized gateway patterns, and build resilient, event-driven cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.

I’m especially proud of end-to-end delivery: automating containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm + Terraform Infrastructure as Code), implementing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and strengthening observability with Azure Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, Serilog, and Elasticsearch. I also modernize front ends—upgrading Angular architecture to Angular 18 with signals, standalone components, deferred loading, and SSR hydration to improve performance and reactivity.

Earlier, at Florida Blue, I modernized claims management systems by re-architecting legacy components into ASP.NET Core microservices with improved resiliency and asynchronous messaging via Azure Service Bus. I tuned stored procedures to reduce transaction latency by 40%, led API migrations into RESTful WebAPI 2.0, and delivered Agile-aligned outcomes through collaboration with analysts, testers, and DevOps teams.
