At LabWare, I support an enterprise application in production for enterprise clients, including Fortune Global 500 companies. I manage client tickets by severity and SLA, investigate incidents through logs and SQL, and resolve issues or escalate them with clear documentation.
As a LIMS Assistant, I delivered a major enhancement that moved a client’s entire workflow into the system, replacing paper and external tools. I also trace API and integration failures and validate fixes before release.
I previously supported LabWare LIMS as a LIMS Developer Intern, developing bug fixes and enhancements and maintaining Crystal Reports. Outside work, I built Arcadia, a React video game quiz app that uses the Open Trivia Database REST API.
