At Consortia Consulting, I helped Beauty Style reduce total inventory by 10% and obsolete stock by 30%+, shifted a Costa Rican contractor to an annual supply contract that reduced material costs by 40%, and supported retail, banking, beauty, and construction clients through financial, operational, and organizational change.

At Philips and P&G, I managed procurement portfolios up to €160M and delivered major savings through regional sourcing, supplier negotiations, incentives, insurance, fleet, professional services, packaging, and materials strategies. My work includes $42M in global business-incentive savings, more than $40M in regional cash from an insurance re-insurance model, and improved Procurement NPS from 12 to 50.
