I've led global procurement, digital finance transformation, shared services, and SaaS support operations across more than 40 countries. At Foundever Group, I directed teams of 50+ and managed enterprise procurement, AP, platform support, and finance transformation initiatives.

I architected and deployed Coupa P2P, CLM, and Pay integrated with SAP and Oracle, harmonizing 80+ charts of accounts and reaching 98% global user adoption within 18 months. My work automated AP, fixed asset tracking, and month-end close workflows, cutting invoice processing time by 50%.

I've generated more than $130M in documented savings through strategic sourcing, supplier rationalization, contract harmonization, ERP license consolidation, and application rationalization. I also built Foundever's Global Procurement Center of Excellence and standardized 120+ procurement processes across global business units.
