I am an experienced software engineer and cybersecurity specialist with hands-on experience in software development, cloud engineering, and building secure web applications.

As an IT Attache at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, I gathered and documented software requirements, wrote maintainable code, managed SQL databases, conducted testing, and enforced security best practices.

Previously, I worked as a technical writer for More Than Writers, producing user manuals and conducting user research. I also designed and developed Django/MySQL projects, including an inventory management system and an internship listing platform with responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontends.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kenyatta University and certifications in cybersecurity and cloud technologies (Google Foundations of Cybersecurity, CISCO Cyber Threat Management, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
