What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leadership role with a growth-oriented property management company where I can lead architectural design, project execution, cost estimation, scheduling, and construction teams.

I've delivered architectural design, finishing, and construction execution across single-family and multifamily housing, hotels, and multistory commercial properties for more than 10 years. At Porto Valencia Punta Cana, I manage drawings and project documentation for Zemi Miches, monitor construction compliance, oversee material installation, and connect property designers with site execution.

Previously, I led site coordination, subcontractor logistics, budgets, contracts, estimates, drawings, and project presentations at Aludespa Dominicana, HJ Studio, Grupo K6, Garrido Silfa, and Smester Construcciones. I bring hands-on experience with light construction and finishes including Sheetrock, Plycem, siding, Polyfoam, commercial ceilings, PVC, and hotel exterior cladding.
