What I'm looking for

I am a registered nurse with progressive inpatient experience across post-anesthesia care, emergency, orthopedic medical-surgical units, and patient care technician roles. I graduated with an ADN in Nursing and a BSN, and I bring hands-on clinical skills honed in fast-paced hospital settings.

I am adept at medication administration, conducting physical assessments, preparing procedures, and developing individualized care plans. My work emphasizes patient and family advocacy, accurate data collection, and direct patient care to support positive outcomes.

I have proven ability to perform under pressure, applying strong clinical judgment to prioritize care in emergency and post-operative contexts. I am bilingual in Romanian and Russian, which enhances communication with diverse patient populations.
